MsgStack works at the layer underneath. It is not another place to write content. It is the system of record for what your organization is authorized to say: structured, current, and queryable by any AI assistant or person before they generate a word.

Departments own their domains of truth. A canon domain is the authoritative record for a scope, such as product specs, positioning, legal disclaimers, or HR policy, owned by the people who decide what is true there. Each domain follows a grounding type, the schema that fits how that department structures its truth. Product marketing's grounding type is the message house: positioning, pillars, proof points, personas. Legal's looks like a policy framework. HR's looks like a guideline set. Inside each domain live canon entries, approved units of truth such as a capability fact, a tagline, a rule, or a warning. Everything downstream, from a one-pager to a battlecard to a deck, is a derived artifact generated from approved entries rather than invented on the spot.
Under the hood, MsgStack pairs a knowledge graph with vector search. The graph returns approved entries verbatim through deterministic traversal for anything governance-critical. Vector search handles open-ended, thematic queries. It runs as an open-source MCP server, so Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT, and your own agents can pull grounded context straight into the work.
